Terms and Conditions

In accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014, we provide the following information:

Supplier of goods: Allkits Unipessoal Lda., a single-member private limited company, with tax identification number 515 267 996.
Physical address: Rua de Ponte Pereiros s/n, Póvoa de Lanhoso, Portugal.
Allkits is a registered trademark under the name of Hugo Filipe Gonçalves Carvalho.
The company specializes in the sale of personalized textile items, such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, polo shirts, and jackets.
The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the purchase when the products are fully customized according to their preferences. The company cannot accept returns if the order is correctly produced (in accordance with Article 17, Clause c)).
Product production time: Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped within two to three weeks.
Consumers agree to follow the storage, usage, washing, and care instructions provided on the product labels, packaging, and documentation. The company is not responsible for any damage or incidents caused by negligence, improper care, or lack of supervision.
