  • What distinguishes your products?

    Our products are made from scratch in our factory. From there, you can choose the model, colors, sizes, and extras to apply to the products. All projects are unique, fully customized for each customer.

  • What is the shipping cost?

    Shipping is free for all orders within mainland Portugal. For the Azores and Madeira, an additional €15+VAT per volume applies.

  • Do you charge a fixed fee for setting up screens and films for new productions?

    The cost of setting up films and screens is standard in the textile industry; however, to simplify the proposal process, we include all fixed costs in the amount presented to the customer. The quote we provide already includes all costs, so there will be no unexpected charges at the end!

  • Are the products made in Portugal?

    Yes, the products are Portuguese! They are designed and produced at our headquarters in Braga (which is also our manufacturing facility).

  • What is the production time?

    Production time is between two and three weeks. Even though we manufacture the products from scratch, we are able to ensure very good delivery times.

  • I have an idea, but I can’t draw it. Can you help?

    Yes, we can! Click on the following link and send us your idea. We have a design department that can help you create everything you envision.

  • How can I choose the sizes?

    To help you choose the right sizes, we normally send a sample kit. It consists of simple sweatshirts in sizes ranging from XS to XXL.
    Although they are simple sweatshirts, these models are identical to all our products. The kit is sent with a deposit charge of €25. You can keep it or return it; in the second case, you will need to send it back with the same value for collection (€25), thus confirming the amount. We cover the shipping cost for sending it to you, and the return shipping is covered by the customer. Alternatively, you can view our size chart at the following link.
